I’m Ollie and I’m a Graphic designer/Illustrator based in Scotland.

I have worked as a graphic designer for many years but for the last few years I have returned to my first love, illustration.

If you’ve viewed my portfolio already you may have already guessed that ….. I like movies!…..a lot. I love being able to combine two of my favourite things, film and art. I’m a pretty diverse artist. If a piece of art or style of design inspires me I will mimic it whilst adding my own unique style and here’s nothing better than a challenge to bring out the best creativity.

Recently I have worked on a few movie projects. Geoffrey Fletcher, the acadamy award winning screenwriter contacted me to work with him on his directorial debut ‘Violet and Daisy’ starring the Late James Gandolfini.

The director of the short movie ‘Certified’ got in touch looking for a poster design for his film premiering at ‘The Cannes International film festival’ and the makers of documentary film ‘The Atomic States of America’ also wanted a poster for their films premiere at ‘The Sundance film festival’.

In 2011 I designed a poster for the movie “The Adjustment Bureau” starring Matt Damon, Emily Blunt and Written, Produced and Directed by George Nolfi. The design proved popular and like a lot of my other work, appeared on a number of blogs and websites. George spotted my design and contacted me about getting a few copies for himself .

Most recently the actor Val Kilmer commented on a poster I designed for the movie tombstone (Facebook link here and also on Twitter here) which generated lots of possitive comments.

I am currently looking for commissions so if you like my work then please get in touch.

I have a shop selling selected items of my work here but if you are interested in anything that doesnt appear in my shop please contact me directly.

I have a page on deviantart.com where you can check out some of the feedback I’ve had on my work as well as some illustration work that isn’t on this site.

I also have a Behance page that shows some of my graphic design work.
